Attack on Harry Potter's Castle

Russia struck Odessa yesterday with a ballistic missile using a cluster warhead. Fragments and debris of the rocket were found within a radius of one and a half kilometers. This was done deliberately to kill as many Ukrainian civilians as possible. The fire that broke out Russian missile fell on the Palace of Students of the Odessa Law Academy was assigned the highest level of complexity. It is noted that it is difficult to get closer than 600 meters to the building. The palace building is called “Harry Potter’s castle” due to its bizarre architecture. There are dead and wounded.
